Help me fix these fat folds or wtv u call them

These have been absolutely cucking me lately I drink hella water n I’m very lean but somehow still have these shitty fat lip folds, like a pocket of fat tword my cheekbones making me look sorta bloated. I’m going to get leaner but I don’t know if these will go away by just that, think it’s a collagen issue or something.
