snore and hyperventilate the night they are measuring it

should work if you just do that while being awake, but pretend to sleep

You need something to get your tongue super relaxed so it blocks your airway when you are sleeping. Drugs?

Ur soo stupid; ahahah they gonna stuck sounds around and inside you. And they will watch with a camera.
I know cuz i work in a hospital and i’ve seen it ahaha you fuckking idiot you can’t fraud

Why not sleep with your tongue dropped and like mouth open. That's a close enough way to increase the likelihood of you snoring. Spend a few nights beforehand doing this to get the poisonous habit going

They probably monitor while your deep sleep, so you probably can't fraud it if you actually sleep.
If you never sleep during the whole night and pretend, then first of all, pretend what? you got to figure what kind of acting you need.
Second, will the test work if you never get into deep sleep cycles? Probably not, and they call it bullshit or give you some sedatives or who knows.
There may be something you can introduce in your nose/mouth to fake it, but who knows, i certainly dont know.

When I was at a surgeons place they told me to drink wine before the sleep study to get the muscles (including the tongue) to relax more. :lul: Also sleep on your back, open your mouth wide af and breathe through it the entire night. When you have these short phases of waking up, breathe badly.

what do y’all think abt making a clay mold and putting them over my teeth or maybe just my premolars back to make my palate artificially more narrow. super conceptual but i wouldn’t make it too obvious

it sounds pretty complicated study to fraud it you can try the mouth breathe and shit
their term "sleep apnea" is also pretty broad you might actually have it

I'm someone who recently got done a sleep study and you can't fraud it they put wires/cameras on you and they will make sure if you have it or not. The wires will detect your activity they know your every movement hard as fuck to sleep in that shit too jfl

Yeah I always had sleep/breathing issues so it made sense to get a sleep study and the result paid off I got diagnosed with severe sleep apnea I can cover my bimax with this and maybe get MSE/MARPE however I'm worried about that because my face is already wide as fuck might become comically wide

It's a little recessed it's a 90-100 degree gonial angle so basically no downward growth I kinda have shortface syndrome when I bite down my face becomes too compact/small I can't see half my upper teeth so it's a sign that I have a short maxilla I would ascend hard with Bimax

I’m not sleep study expert but I believe your dissolved blood oxygen has to drop.

I think a substance that would induce muscle relaxation such as alcohol, xanax or ketamine would make you more likely to test positive for apnea. Just be careful not to overdo it

Get used to have a mewing tongue posture not allowing you to properly breath (but still allowing you to), for 1 month before the study (or from now if it's only in a few days).
And sleep on your back chintucking :).
No one will tell you how to sleep as it's supposed to be representative of your own way of sleeping.
If you can't sleep on your back drink a bit of alcohol before with some nutella (sugar + alcohol combo) and get a really confortable pijama bro.
Hope it may help.

Alcohol* consumption should give the same effects as muscle relaxants (which one exactly do you have in mind here?). Eating a heavy meal before the test could make the results more "favorable" for you as acid reflux is a risk factor for sleep apnea. If you have allergic rhinitis, you could snort some pollen/whatever you're allergic to before the study, essentially forcing obstruction of your airways through the allergic reaction. Vigorous exercise comes to mind as well as does insufficient sleep for a few days prior, although those two don't sound as effective as the other options.

* You are most likely going to be given a questionnaire of some sort that checks for alcohol intoxication. Be careful, as there might be a policy that forces you to pay for the whole thing if you intentionally lie about it.

definitely don't try to do that

Sleep on your back because that's how it occurs I think. Then pray for it to happen the night before. There is a 1% chance, if God is real then you will succeed trust in him.

Ask your friend to strangle you every 10sec during the test

I've considered trying this before, but never followed through. Good luck and keep up informed.

Just to be clear, if you get cleared for bimax, they will probably offer you le fort 1 + BSSO, not anything that will widen your palate. Surgeries like SARPE are much less common and are used for more specific issues that can't be fixed by le fort 1 + BSSO.
