178 cm, i haven’t actually. im 22 will HGH even grow me? im on a very aggressive cut rn to lose face fat and its going excellently.

Im currently 4 months deep, went from 40% bf go currently 23%. strength went up, no visible muscles built though.

Im working on growing out the hair as we speak.

getting to 10% bf and growing out your hair will already change your appearance a lot. Do this first before even thinking about hardmaxing. Use reta if you struggle with loosing fat / weight.

no need for reta, after the first 2 days of a super aggressive 1200 cal deficit i genuinely dont feel hungry anymore but shred fat like crazy, muscle retention for me isnt an issue as well.
