I am 18 studying to become a orthodontist get money and knowledge for surgeries some people tell me to get fillers i seen the results and i lile them but i also heard they fuck up in when getting old, also some said genio or bsso i like bsso but is expensive so i am seeking what other thing should i do? I dont want it to look so exaggerated or unreal but that the change is noticeable
