Help me get better eyebrows

I have blonde eyebrows right now so I want to dye them, however they also aren’t as bushy as I would like.

I was wondering if I should start using minoxidil on them for a while and once more hair has grown dye them then

Or should I dye them right now and use minoxidil at the same time

Also, should I use oral or topical minoxidil?

start oral minox and dye them, then dye them again in 6 months, idk why u're asking it, the dark color will give perceived density, it's gonna be still better than blonde brows
