yayyy

im not a big fat of drinking straight up water, it's fine on occasion but it lowers your stomach pH acidity which makes meat digest harder and makes you pretty dehydrated since it lacks minerals and electrolytes

spring water is ofc much better than tap, but i found fruit juices and raw milk giving much better overall hydration. since they have nutrients and electrolytes they dont decrease your acidity as much and dont deplete minerals from your body (basically since water has very low trace amounts of minerals it can wash away nutrients from your body, if you measure an amount of nutrients/minerals in pee it's 50+, while water contains only 6-8 and in trace amounts)

at least mix in some electrolytes in your water
