Help me get brutally LEAN FAST

Currently 66.4KG, I dont eat no BS sugar or any slop rn. When I was 64KG (my best record) I saw my facial features good. And currently I feel puffy even tho I debloated.

My goal is to get to 60KG Before end of may and then maintain. And I dont wanna loose too much muscle. I wanna make it quick.

Any tips? I would need a supplement to make starving easier.
(yes I eat whole foods only and nothing else)

im 98kg and feel like a skinny cuck, thats child tier weight.

u are already on good weight, but if u want to lose fat even faster all u have to do is 16:8 fast with cardio.. u will lose 4-5kg in 1 month easy

I kinda do this, but would cardio daily for 30 mins help and 10 000 steps daily? I need to go real quick

every activity is good, cardio, 10k steps, home hiit , just be consistent dont give up

every activity is good, cardio, 10k steps, home hiit , just be consistent dont give up
Should I go super low in cals or slightly but do all the cardio?

just eat -500kcal under ur maintenance calories and walk as much as u can and gg

IK abt it, but Idk if its worth just to loose 6-7KG
It’s perfect for that range since it wont destroy your metabolism for only 7 kg. It will be quick and the second your getting to your desired weight, hop off the fastest you can

I dont think I can get it where I live cuz its banned in the EU and shipping would cost money. Idk maybe caffeine to suppress appetite or nicotine

hop on clen its cheap and basically works the same as DNP

Thats good advice but unless you are injured or you are elderly, I always recommend everyone to run instead of walking, running burns about 2.5x more calories than walking for the same duration. Per example:

Dude weights 65kg and will do physical activity for 30 min

Walking (5km/h) -> ~120cal
Running (10km/h) -> ~300cal

Just for half an hour u can lose ~300 cal, you would have to walk 75 min to lose the same...

For half an hour I loose 312 calories off incline treadmill
