Help me get over my childhood Jewish trauma.

So I was like 9 and at some jewish event, im a Christian and so is my dad but he didn’t raise me this way I ended up here naturally. Anyways, I was walking around and saw a majority of men wearing a silly little hat in the place and I wanted to wear one too. Dad gave me one and let me put it on. As if that wasn’t bad enough, at some point during the service I dropped a Jew book (idfk what its called) and was told to kiss it to be forgiven and I did so.

Im still really mad about this incident. Maybe this is autistic rage but im really disappointed, but cant pinpoint onto who.
