There’s a girl from the same region (neighboring country) that I’m from and we’re both international students. She’s htb and I’ve seen her on insta and knew she was pretty but I saw her at the gym once and she really caught my eye.
The only problem is that it’s not in the religion/culture to date and you usually have to ask the father before doing anything. Of course there are people who don’t follow this norm, but there are people who do and I don’t want to risk coming off as non-honorable if that makes sense. So a cold approach would be weird.
It’s unlikely we’ll have a class together as her major is different. It’s almost impossible for me to get to know her naturally.
The only thing that would make sense is using the same machine as her in the gym and getting to know her like that, but I’ve seen her only once in the gym and im always there.
Her insta is private and small (300 followers), and I have no face pfp so idk if a random request would work.
I’ve had eye contact with her once in the gym while I was heading out. I also don’t think she knows I exist apart from that 2 second eye contact I had with her.
I’m also just being autistic annd overthinking it and haven’t had female interaction before (partly because I was subhuman and partly because of religion/culture).
