You guys can bully me and call me a sub5, but im purposefully giving you me on a bad day to help.

Im not sure where to start, is my face bloated? What do I do with the dark areas under my eyes, yk the lines? Do I do HIIT cardio and just burn a bunch of fat? Im pretty skinny so i guess that's makes it easier to reduce face fat. Hairs shite today because i had a long day so ignore that.

Side profile is also probably shit, how do i improve that then? Just be brutally honest.

NO SURGERY OR COPEUFINE BTW

Best advice I got to give you is to get super lean (sub 10%) and grow some kind of goatee + mustache to take away attention to your subpar mouth area and philtrum

now this is real advice, thanks man.

I thought getting super lean is what i needed to do- you think HIIT cardio will help? like sprinting as fast as i possibly can for 15 seconds, taking a 40 second break then doing it again for like an hour?

HIIT cardio is a meme for leanmaxxing. Its good for developing cardio in and of itself, buf low intensity mogs for total calories burned.
Just count your calories, keep protein high and stay in a deficit for a few months.

Do cardio if you wanna eat more

Glp-1s are very helpful but not necessary
