im 15 have a severe deep bite and was planning on getting a herbst appliance to help facial harmony, i looked online and it said it could help project my ramus slightly and i also blasted mk677 any tips?

yes that is a very good idea but it wont make your ramus bigger. Development will tell, i used to have a big ramus it became even nigger.

ik its oral i didnt know blasting meant injection i thought it just meant taking it also ik the ramus is a bone i may be you g but im not a retard any tips on how i can like grow bones beyond my genetics or do i have to hardmaxx and cope till then

Only thing u can do (for free) is hard chewing (proven by Enomoto et al;2009), but this wont have a drastic measure, and takes long. Id recommend surgery when u grow up, specifically wrap-around mandibular implants (can have around a 5-15 mm lengthening effect, depends on custom or not). Orthodontics like Herbst/Twinblock can help, but only works in adolescents/people with open chondyle plates and will only have around a 2 to 3 mm difference in ramus length.

Im toying around a new method currently, still yet to prove it though, will lyk if it does end up help in lengthening the ramus.

np, also i was a bit bummed out on the orthodontic's length results so i looked into it a better more, average length u could get from twinblock would be around 3-4 MM, 4-6 MM's in good responders. Herbst is unfortunately gonna be lower, at highest being 3 MM and average being 2 MM.

thankfully, though a under-developed ramus is considered a failo, it isnt as looked at aslong as your ramus has some sort of definition (and isnt slanting straight to your ear). even short ramus's can look normal if theres good definition
