I literally have no clue what surgeries I could do to ascend, thinking bout fat grafting to remove my eye circles or buccal fat removal to get hollow cheeks (I’m already low bf)

@denizfabio the angle of your picture doesn't allow a proper assessment of your face.
Hold your head straight, set the camera 5-7 feet / 1,50-2,00m away from your face, and make sure it's well aligned (neither a low-angle shot, nor a high-angle shot).

If I had to say anything based on this picture, knowing that most of the assessment will probably be proven wrong with a proper picture :

- you have a narrow mouth (commissure/lip seal) and fairly wide alar base. To restore an optimal mouth-to-nose ratio, you would need an alarplasty (alar base reduction).

- Your lower lip lacks a bit of height proportionately to your upper lip. This may be fixed with a bit of filler or another procedure I'm not aware of.

- Your chin is too short. Your chin-to-philtrum ratio is off. You will need a genioplasty to add downward projection to the chin.

- Your gonions are too high. The only way to lower gonions is with gonial implants and fillers.

- Your lower jaw is too wide (bigonial width) proportionately to your bizygomatic width. Considering you are already slim with low bf, maybe it's due to masseter hypertrophy. Masseter hypertrophy can be treated with botox injections.

- Your eyes could be more positively tilted. A canthoplasty could generate an optimal canthal tilt.

- You have a pronounced tear through and undereyes darkening. You can fix that with an infraorbital implant and fat grafting. In some cases, fat grafting will be enough on its own.

- Last but not least : your skin isn't healthy and shows poor texture. Clear it up with tretinoin and whatever else might work in your particular case.
