Literally in a job where every one Is nt and I need to make freinds cause it's hard I dont want to be lonely and i dont want to kmys i want to build my life up but its incredibly hard when you cant even talk, maybe I'm low t in the sense of mentality just feel exhausted all the time that living with my single mum that lifestyle of excuses and sitting on my ass all day, IT REALLY FUCKS YOU UP MENTALLY

Practice your socializing skills while looking at your mirror imagining it's some random guy, that should probably do most of the things, try meditating to improve your focus, then if these 2 things work start approaching people and strike up conversations with them, ask for their contact for talking more on the phone etc, this should do the job
