HELP ME I THINK I HAVE LOW TEST

i cant take a testosterone test cus im still a minor and my mom has to pay for it but im very susipicous.

So, when I was 14, I would gymcel like crazy, do every set to maximal muscular faliure, do hours of research on the proper routine and all the little details, and focus on diet and even eat eggs and red meat

and I did that until i was 15 and a few months, so march of 2025,

and I noticed that, despite me being 100% consistent and taking every set to faliure with bulking and enough protein, I would only gain tangible muscle in my legs, that having to do intense dirty bulking to even see a difference

and, I noticed that my forearms are just refusing to grow, they look super skinny, not even athletic

so, I took a testosterone test about a year and a few months ago, (November 2025), and my testosterone was 280ng/dl. That same month, someone told me I look like im 12 and doubted if i was in the 10th grade.

Now, I'm 16 and 4 months old, I'm currently in a calorie deficit and honestly sometimes i do miss my protein goal, now I workout at home but I notice that I struggle to increase my lifts

Shouldn't of my testosterone has risen significantly since then, my orthodontist noticed significant jaw growth and I grew 3 inches taller I also noticed alot of voice deepening.

also my dih is 6 inches hard and thick.

You should go to the doctor. Get prescribed TRT if you have low test
 
280ng/dl is trenches bro why didn't you address it then

get another blood test and go to your doctor and fix your hypogonadalism

I was a late bloomer and its barely in the normal range

take 500mg test a week forever or 250mg if scared

then make some money and buy some test, its like 20 bucks a vial its not that expensive its better than waiting until your 18 to get a prescription and ruining your development

Ask mom to take you to the doctors and ask for a prescription on test they will probably give it because 280ng is damn near trenches.

nope, because it was in the "normal range" for that age.

But to put this in perspective, I SWEAR TO GOD I put my entire heart out on gymcelling from August 2023 to march 2025, like optimal Jeff nippard looking up 10 training and diet videos every single day BRO I WAS SUPER CONSISTENT NEVER MISSED A SESSION EVEN WHEN IT WAS 0 DEGREES SNOWING RAININGS NIGHTS ETC



and I could not lose a skinny fat physique, and my bench could not exceed 135lbs, Oh, and forget about any progress at all without dirty bulkingg.
