Anyone have some routine tips on how I can reach chadlite in my early to mid 20s. I recently started doing things like cardio and started working out. I’m planing on starting the gym sometime this year. I’m 17 right now and I believe I could do it without any hardmaxing but some advice would be much appreciated
. I’m planning to commit to this journey which is why I started posting here. Personally I feel like if I lose face fat, worked out, had hollow checks, longer hair, do workouts to train my jaw, got rid of the eye-bags, and fixed my eyebrow depth I’d be fine. what do you guys think?
