To increase facial width, I think an expander would be the best but I may be wrong

That isnt a problem for me so idk much about that

Your jaw frontal angle is a bit high which suggests a steeper mandible and a higher measurement for all the other angles that are also affected

If you’re past ur growth period, which you seem you are or almost are, you can try booking and consulting a surgeon

Debloating is mostly diet. Do some research on what causes is and adjust what you eat according to that

Pluck eyebrows from the top by about 2-3 hairs, shave, aryanmaxx, use under eye conclear or cope with some caffiene eye cream, thicken your neck (could help your a lot specifically just because of you skull shape and dimorphism). Fix the scars on your nose and face. Use a potent retinoid such as tazarotene or blast accutane. Undertonemaxx. Eyelashesmaxx with prostglandin analogues or just oral minodidil for about 3 months at a low dose, may make you extremely hairy dpenidng on your phenotype.
