i have a overall pretty fat/bloated face ( i'm using the term bloated to cope and to feel better about my self), But how can i lean out as soon as possible i am now ,in the early stages of puberty, i am 175, like 70kg my friends keep saying i like fine but i don't they get the foids and all that stuff and i just don't man so i wanne look better and be more self confident, And maybe achieve a litte ego if thats even possible lol, But for my dieet or i eat like shit or i just eat 500 cals
