I am fat like not enormous, like medium starting level obese! I am a male age 17, 5'11 height and a 108 kgs! I hope yall be willing to give me some advice!

the truth is to just do the same things everyone tells u, the simple stuff is the truth. eat less, track ur food, eat 1g protein per pound and 300-500 cal deficit, lift and move more. theres no magic stuff to do it for you (except reta)
