I need to know which activities / nutrion stimulate: Serotonin / Melatonin Insulin / Dopamine.




for those that don't know what are those hormones:
Serotonin: The "Happiness Hormone"
Melatonin: The "Sleep Hormone"
Insulin: The Metabolic Facilitator
Dopamine (Think of it as the "motivation hormone" or sum shi like that).

anyway be sure to get go outside and get sunlight daily, getting sunlight in the morning specifically is important for serotonin and regulating your circadian rhythm which should help stabilize your melotonin

as for insulin spread out your meals throughout the day and dont eat directly before sleep

dopamine just dont ldar all day and get your happiness from normal, real life sources
