Did you order them from US, packages from outside the European Union have to go through customs, and you pay taxes on them, that's why you should never order anything dubious from outside the EU, stuff from Europe comes directly to your house.

There are tons of sites in Europe, and even in Romania where you can buy real steroids and HGH, you don't have to bother with shitty sarms.
All packages that come from outside Europe are checked to be taxed. Some might evade taxing if they are small, have a low value written on them, or if they are inside an envelope. Stuff that comes with private shipping companies like DHL, UPS, etc. don't get away with this, in fact they might require a ton of paperwork from you.
