I checked my Bigonial Width n bizygomatic width, it was 13.5 n 12 cm, then you do the test "if you will have hollow cheeks when your lean" n ideal was 90% after doing mine, it was 88.89% is that good? i'm at a high bf% rn (17-20%) 14 n 6'3 want to cut down to like 10% bf or in that range in 1-2 months, don't want any cycles or drugs, lmk how much I would have to do ect, tryna get lean asl this summer

25%: 13.8cm
50%: 14.3cm
75%: 14.7cm
99%: 15.8cm

Those are the measurements for black dudes and for caucasian the average width is 130mm op youre chilling

Dude just do LIIT 4-5 times a week with 1-2 HIIT sessions. I went from 18% to 10% in like 2.5 months. I was 173lbs -> 150

Hollow cheek test is your zygos width divided by your bigonial width.

If you think its shit then its totally not 14 for your bigonial. 14 cm bigonial is insane mine is 13.48 and its insanely wide like 93 pourcent of my 14.5 bizygo and ive been told my head is large as fuck

used ruler for zygos and mandible (spread my hands across zygos and put it on ruler, same for mandible)

Your jaw cant be narrow when its 1:1 of your bizygo or more like you said that makes no sense
