I’m 15 I want to get rated and if there’s any way you can help me out thanks (i know i should loose bf im working on it im on a 1,2k calorie deficit and plus i workout)

around 4.25/4.5
i cant see shit from those photos, i can only see that youre quite bloated/fat

damn mirin the weight loss journey❤️
yeah i meant psl (around lltn and mltn, basically low/mid average)
dont cut too harsh at 15, calories dont really matter ngl just get your micros in

Yep that’s what I’m doing ngl I’m still taking my protein intake thanks tho
