I thought I was 138cm but turns out im 147, but anyways the reason why I said im 13 in my other thread was because I thought I would get banned but I need height tips because im the shortest boy in my class and my doctor told me I can probaly reach 175cm minimum, but my parents are extremely short and I have white spots in my nails meaning my body is short on minerals, I need food tips,height tips and frauding tips that won't get me caught or anything in general to help me with my height

Just eat more nutrient dense foods and eat less junk food buddy, or eat like complete shit and pin hgh

The nail thing (leukonychia) is probably because of a lack of zinc or calcium. below is a list of things you should be doing in general, and the last point is if you really need it. You have a few years left of growth, so dw too too much

- Sleep 9–10 hours every night. Growth hormone comes out in deep sleep. If you sleep like shit from now on, youre gonna stay short
- Minerals & vitamins you’re probably missing
- Zinc → 15–25 mg every day (zinc picolinate or gluconate). Take with dinner
- Calcium → milk, yogurt, cheese + whatever you eat, just consume a lot of it
- Vitamin D3 → 2000–4000 IU with a fatty meal (or with milk).
- Magnesium → 200–300 mg glycinate at night (helps sleep + bones).
- Vitamin K2 (MK-7) → 100–200 mcg with the D3 so calcium goes to bones not arteries.
- Protein → 100–120 g per day
- Frauding - idk just get shoe lifts
- If you end up needing it, pin hgh. maybe your doc will prescribe it if you talk to him about it

My friends dont really consider me as their friends and they let me play with them and hang with them for a while if im lucky but they never talk with me and I only have 1 real life friend but hes from my old school
 
what i wrote is a really simple list of things you should be doing anyway, but it might help you if youre truly deficient in those things

at 12 i was prolly one of most ugly fellas out there and still had whole class as friends. i hung out and talked with absolutely everyone. its probably not cuz your short but cuz you are weird or too serious

At 12 yo i was playing roblox

Just eat a good diet, have good sleep, play sports, socialize and make a lot of friends. That will set you up for a better future than a lot of kids your age have

Come back here when youre like 16 17 after puberty tho

I'll quit bp for a year until im 13
man just sleep a lot, do sports you enjoy so that it feels easy to do them, and avoid being in a restricted diet or calorie deficit unless youre fat as fuck. start lifting weights if you want to; you can start now, or you can just start later, doesnt matter too much. dont pull any all nighters, i regret barely sleeping during puberty. probably stole a few cm from my height, so learn from my mistakes. that's pretty much it, come back when you're a bit older to fix other aspects of your looks
