Help me please

I’m 17 I think I’m somewhere about 5’4-5’5 in terms of height I’m extremely cooked first off if there’s any legit ways to increase height please do let me know I’m not to stressed about it tho cuz I know it’s mostly genetics however I still want to improve other aspects for example I want to reduce overall bf and face fat I want to become leaner and if possible I would like to grow my zygos my supraorbital ridge and potentially my mandible I would also like to have clearer skin I’m fairly new to the looksmaxxing community hence why I’m posting this I’m willing to do anything and everything because to put it simply I can’t cope anymore it’s became to much for me to handle so I need to do something and something now now I do have slight plans for example I want to start boxing mainly for self defence but also because it’s very heavily cardio based I feel like it can help with body and face fat however other than that I’ve never really been someone who does skin care I’ve tried multiple times in the past but my skin has always had atleast a few pimple I know this is most likely down to my diet aswell as my lack of skin care so if you guys could help with the diet and skin care iswell now I don’t expect much feedback or help so the whole point of this post is to mainly get a feel and lay out the foundations/path hopefully this post will allow me to delve deeper into this community aswell as learn as much as I can I feel excited thinking about an ascended version of myself I’m not expecting insane results but I do expect to maximise whatever I do have so any help would be appreciated

  • Height - mostly genetics - sleep 8 to 10 hrs, eat protein and vit D, good posture, boxing/sprints ( minor posture gains possible , no big growth)
  • leaner body/face and clearer skin - calorie deficit, high proetein, cut sugar/junk/dairy. Boxing 3 to 5 times a week + strength.
  • simple skincare: gentle cleanser + moisturizer morning/night, benzoyl peroxide for pimples.
  • Bones - stay lean, mew, chew hard gum. prob avoid risky stuff. (be consistent)
