I am 13 years old 175cm, 55kg and I am in the middle of puberty. Even though I am tall I want tips to maximize my genetic potential. Im athletic, I do basketball but I still think there is stuff I need to improve for example get more micronutrients and gain weight. The last 2 years I have been eating nonstop just to gain 2kg per year! I need your help giving me tips to maximize my nutrition and do whatever I can during puberty to reach my genetic potential. ( keep in mind this is my first post so lowkey i might be saying some bs )

Here is what you need to do.

For nutrition I would recommend first measuring how many calories you need to maintain or gain weight. Assuming you want to gain you would need around 2,500-2,700 calories at least a day. You can structure however you want, but the following foods are ideal and should make up most of your diet:

seafood, eggs, dairy (like milk, kefir, cheese, butter, cream), red meat (around 200g per day at least. Stuff like beef, lamb, goat, or maybe wild boar is good, get any cut you want), organs (super important, organs have so much nutrients, with almost every micronutrient you need in crazy amounts. Eat 50-100g of liver, kidney, or heart a day, they taste very good raw but cooked is alright), full-fat greek yogurt (amazing, as it has good gut bacteria, calcium, and many other nutrients while being high protein and high calorie), sourdough bread (if you want to include carbs, do sourdough only, all other bread is out the window here. I like having peanut butter, jam, and banana is a sort of toasted sourdough sandwich, which is also high calorie and has a wide range of micros and macros, just make sure peanut butter is 100% peanut), as mentioned peanut butter (100% only!!), nutrient-dense fruits like kiwi or oranges are fine and you may want to maintain a 3:1 potassium to sodium ratio dietarily to look better too, raw honey (very good, make sure it is unpasteurized unheated. Has good enzymes and is good for energy), and you could also eat berries or nuts (but just make sure they are wild and local, and that the nuts are eaten alone as they contain antinutrients which are bad. I eat a pre-made cold-pressed raw fruit and nut bar made from blueberries, almonds, walnuts, and dates that is free from any ingredient other than the former but do what you want.

For everything else, I would focus on just waiting for puberty to take its course, since you are very young you will 99% look so much better in the coming years, you have no worries. You should also stay active and get sunlight, do walks too which are good, and maybe do some grounding as well.

That's MOST of it for natural stuff, and honestly any advanced stuff if you wanna try won't hurt to do so but it makes sense you dont wanna risk or get caught using drugs/steroids/pharma stuff.

eat whatever you want at anytime but you should draw the line at all that goyslop and try to be in a calorie surplus so do less sports if you have to, you have a very good height for your age also
