Help me/rate. 17m, 5'7

Hi guys, this is my first post on the forum. As u can see in the title I'm pretty cooked from height alone but my growth plates are still open so I think there's hope. Any tips on how to maximise my growth from now until they close is massively appreciated.
Aside from height my face is also pretty fucked imo the only thing I have kinda going for me is the physique.

Here is what I look like + physique. Tell me what I need to work on most.

First of all, you need to work on your hairstyle I suggest growing out your hair. Second of all, 5'7???? dude nah, its sad. I'm to lazy so you'll get other advices from other people

Ipd isn't even his biggest failo, that would be his temporal width to bizygo width
This ratio is brutal because there's really nothing he can do about it

I'm also open to getting surgeries. I'm pretty much willing to do whatever it takes to look better. What do u guys think my max potential is if I do everything I can?

I’d say the first two things you need to do is grow out your hair a lot to hide your forehead and get an orbital box osteotomy, these will fix your biggest issues, you could prob jump 1-2 psl from this alone

Thanks bro. I used to have long hair but I buzzed because of a bet. Here's what my hair looked like before I cut it off, should I grow it like this again or do something different? Also sorry about the bad pic, you can't tell super well in this photo but I had a long mullet with this haircut, unfortunately it's the only photo of myself when I had long hair. Also, Is there any softmax I could use to fraud ipd that you guys know of? Like I said I'm willing to get surgery but I'm still not 18 yet so i wanna do something for now even if it's less effective.

damn man you were very lean here but yeah the long hair helps a ton, you can’t fraud Ipd tho js get orbital box osteotomy it will save you, being lean def made u look good, I would say you were lmtn here
