Not really a surgery but fillers, its pretty cheap though but you need to do it again from time to timr

you have bigger problems on deck if anything... symmetry doesnt matter that much. for now focus on your skin its a way bigger problem for you than a slight asymmetry if anything. also you seem young and Recessed focus on getting more fowards growth because from what i can see your chin area is not the best so yeah focus on that. also ignore the guys on the comments no need to do surgery to fix something only you notice

I’ll focus on that too. The problem is that I’m a smoker. I also think I have some type of retrognathism. Can you give me tips to get good forward growth? I’m 17 and one month away from turning 18, but at least my puberty is delayed. (Not to mention that with fillers I can also get good forward growth.
