Help me save wisdom teeth

All orthos want to extract my wisdoms before I do braces prep in order to get bimax…

Please dm me with protocol so save them.
I’m 21, able to buy gh or anything that makes my fucking maxilla grow, create space for those.
Marpe is planned, but it will not be enough I need some protocol to activate the biological system which make those fucking teeth come out.

why is marpe not enough??? cuz i also tought about widening my palate so that i wont have to pull wisdom teeth
