thx for advice but are those 2 things not something i cant fix "bones are genetics" yk

Depending on progression into puberty ur bones can be warped test can increase bonemsss but is risky and can make u infertile i suggest an orthodontic approach marpe + RPH to grow maxilla forward and twin blocks for mandable im not saying its gonna magically fix everything but it works at any age since eit doesnt rely on gp's and will improve ur bone structure however it costs ip to thousands so its mot cheap

Reverse pull headgear marpe doesnt give forward growth it widens ur palate u use a reverse pull head gear and attach it to the marpe using elastic bands that puts force on ur upper palate/ maxxilla

so whats the plan do i just go to my dentis and say smth like "im reccesed can you fix it for me with marpe and RPH" or do i have to lie and say that i have trouble breathing or smth

Say that u struggle with breathing through ur nose and say u play sports cuz ur maxxilla dictates ur nose breathing they can reccomend u to an orthodontist and bring up marpe and rph
