Help me!!! Sleep apneea

I have a sleep apnea and i mouth breath on night i do my research and that what i find:



Mouth tape- temporary

Nasal strips-temporary

Vestibular shield-permanent

Mouth guard-permanent

Myo Tape-temporary



Now i want to find the best and cheapest alternative

Mouth tape is expensive on long time because you have to buy every months or every two months i want something permanent like vestibular shield or mouth guard.

Problem with mouth guard form airwaav is that your tongue posture is not optimal (on the roof) it is down and i think it s not very good for my jawline.

The best i found is a vestibular shield but i want opinions
