i live in a country which has 0sun its cloudy everyday
my father is more little brown and has a nice colour but i look dead pale how could i fix this

eating 4carrots a day makes me yellow and doesnt last long
and getting tanned in summer also lasts 2months max

Oooof, try tanning beds but don’t go over board since you can turn orange and give yourself cancer or try beta carotene supplement if the carrots aren’t working. They may just not be nutrient dense enough because of modern farming
