For the pimples wash with plain soap and water daily and don’t pinch your skin, plain aloe vera works for that too by reducing inflammation.

You can solve the circles by increasing vasoconstriction AKA nitric oxide through diet and fixing oral microbiome. Need more info on diet?

I didn’t understand that part but iodine is spread superficially above the pimple to kill bacteria, then you perforate the skin where the white/green/yellow stuff is and apply pressure till blood comes out
