Help me to fix my skin

I'm using 4% hydroquinone daily and tretinoin 0.025%. My skin doesn't peel, burn, or get red, but it looks less glowy the day after tretinoin compared with hydroquinone-only nights. Would adding La Roche-Posay Cicaplast Baume B5+ help in this situation? If I start using Cicaplast Baume B5+, do I still need to use a regular moisturizer or can Cicaplast replace my moisturizer? Also, do you think reducing tretinoin back to 3 nights a week for a couple of weeks would be a better approach than adding another product?

cicaplast is good in my experience I wouldnt replace it but my skin is quite sensitive, cisaplast locks in moisture so a light coverage of normal moisturizer beforehand works best for me but it depends on ur skin, but if ur skinbarrier isnt compromised theres not really a need for it

give tret more time or up strength if uve been on it for a month or two

40 days on hydroquinone days skin glow I applied it daily and tretnion alternate rn started with twice after 2 weeks 3 times for 1 week now it has been 2 week since I am using alternate days only seeing on tretnion days dullness and not that much glowing
