estriol doesnt do that, estradiol could potentially go systemic but estriol wont. great if u have sensitive skin and u can titrate up tret concentrations faste since estriol will support skin barrier

Keep it how it is and check the ingredient list for anything you put on your face, whether it be shaving cream, cleanser, moisturizer etc.(fragrance is easiest to spot, most common and is evil) Overuse and overapplication of topicals will only worsen your acne but tretinoin is solid. 0.3% daily night for estriol, if ur rlly rlly worried ab it going systemic (which it wont), use 0.1%. if u wnana know how to titrate tret, ive made a thread about it, go read. titration section is at the bottom.

I am applying tretnion 3 times a week and hydroquinone daily skin is good but in tretnion+hydroquinone skin gets bit dull so keep doin this or drop hydroquinone frequency too in ur guide it mentioned 4x week
yes, my guide is meant for indians. the best pheno for indians is white skin with no hue underneath. but if ur skins dull id recommend some carotenoids to give ur skin some color
