I wanna be 183cm before 18 and i really hope for this
i drink ½ liter of raw milk and i abstained from processed foods and excess sugar
i also hit the gym and do a heavy lifts
And take supplements like creatine, D3+K2, and Multivitamin
ill get a magnesium soon too
BUT my sleep schedule is cooked i sleep late and like 6/7 hours
sooo any tips please guys?
(i js hit 16 days ago and i am174cm)
