Would I need infra orbital implants or will fat grafts be enough?

it's actually hard to judge just by these two pictures because the bone structure there doesn't look recessed at all. It looks to me like the area around your eyes is just darker which is common in darker skin types. There are creams that reduce your melanin production around the eyes. azelaic acid for example (even though it's not that strong). There is smth that is way stronger but I forgot the name, you should find it with AI.

At the same time you could look into smth called "juvelook". It is a skin booster and many women on tiktok seemed to have great results with it for their dark circles caused by volume loss. Look it up

So if I were you, I'd probably do the juvelook combined with a bleaching cream. You need to be consistens and do it for atleast 3 months. Probably 2 or 3 treatments with juvelook. Add a bit of concealer and you are good to go.

Should this not work, then you do the fat graft.

Still not satisfied? --> do the implants.

This approach should pretty much cover your needs. Especially if your dark circles come from discoloration, neither the fat graft nor the implant will save you.

I’ve tried the skin stuff but no matter what I did the hollowness and darkness on my under eyes wouldn’t go away.

Thank you I’ll try the rest you said
