This is Greg Doucettes diagram, or chart, it explains how much muscle mass you can gain with good genetics or bad genetics or if you’re a woman. In the next picture you can see my 10 month transformation picture(2018-2019). Now I probably gained 1% body fat and half an inch of height between the pictures. Left was 130-135 pounds, right 160-165 pounds. So it’s safe to say that I gained at least 20-30 pounds of pure muscle (if we deduct fat and bone growth). And that doesn’t make sense according to his chart. So I’m either a genetic freak which I obviously am not, or I don’t know what else. Help me understand.

1 I hardly see a difference between the photos, it doesn't look like a 30 lbs difference, unless you're really tall.
2 Its graph is probably wrong, it depends on many factors, at most it is a generalization

Now that I read that you have 6'3, the taller you are, the more difficult it is to gain muscle, you did nothing wrong.
and you are still underweight, you are pure ectomorph.

This was 2019 can’t you read? I’m 30 pounds heavier now.

Fine. Let’s say I removed 5 pounds of water and 2 pounds of fat so I could be same condition as before, that still means 15-20 pounds of muscle gained.
 
Most guys gain 20+ pounds in their first year of bodybuilding. why the fuck are you posting rando infographs instead of studies

Because it was made by a person training even before you and I were born with a masters degree and good knowledge in bodybuilding.

ok but being old isn't an advantage especially in a field that gets new ground breaking information every other week. A master's degree in what though? There's no bodybuilding master's

This is all theory and they include the extremes for clickbait. The reality is a little bit different.

30 pound total weight gain in your first year is good progress and it's nothing out of the ordinary

It looks good though. I can't really see your arms in the after, but you're lats have filled in and your pecs have a significant change. It kinda looks like your delts are bigger too but I can't see with them fucking cropped out.

If you’re going to argue for the sake of arguing then you’re in the wrong place buddy. There’s theory, and there’s reality. Greg Doucette is a credible bodybuilder and many people vouch for him and would confirm the same thing.

This post was made because I am confused. Either I gained a lot of fat and water, or I was just underweight so I made more gains because of that.

no difference in before and after shots tbh glad i left gymcelling its all about the face anyways
and also you will gain like crazy in the first few months and after that it starts to gat harder to gain muscles.i was 6'1 and 128 lbs when i started and in 6 months i turned 159 lbs with very low body fat. next few months i gained more and became 165 and i stopped there tbh didn't worth the time and dieting for nothing.

He's sketch af and cares more about his image as an entertainer and stirring up drama for clout than providing accurate information. Not unlike your orange god king. Imagine taking one guys advice as gospel instead of researching multiple sources. Again like you do with your subhuman god king.

Anyways It looks like you answered your own question so obviously you made this post for some kind of validation that I will gladly give because your hard work deserves it and apparently you're not getting any validation irl hence the reason for your post

No. Endomorph just gets fat easier. If you have to stuff yourself to get fat, like I do, then you’re ecto-mesomorph.

No. Endomorph just gets fat easier. If you have to stuff yourself to get fat, like I do, then you’re ecto-mesomorph.
I ment if both guys trained for years and got lean can you tell which is endo and which is ecto?
