This is Greg Doucettes diagram, or chart, it explains how much muscle mass you can gain with good genetics or bad genetics or if you’re a woman. In the next picture you can see my 10 month transformation picture(2018-2019). Now I probably gained 1% body fat and half an inch of height between the pictures. Left was 130-135 pounds, right 160-165 pounds. So it’s safe to say that I gained at least 20-30 pounds of pure muscle (if we deduct fat and bone growth). And that doesn’t make sense according to his chart. So I’m either a genetic freak which I obviously am not, or I don’t know what else. Help me understand.
