No. To get on trt you need to have hypogonadism, like when your FSH and LH levels are normal or maybe even high but your gonads do not produce testosterone, but if your FSH or either way LH levels are low/very low, you could get a therapy with chronic gonadotropin which could boost your testo. But as i said it might be that your testo and FSH wt LH are normal for your age, because theres no reason at all to think they'll be low if you aint taking some of the drugs that have negative side effects which affects the gonads or supresses hypothalamic–pituitary–gonadal axis
