applying volufiline to where your lower eyebrow overlaps your eye when you squint. Dont apply to eyelid or you'll get monolid eyes. do this 3 times a day and put it on your eyebags under your eye too

Probably is due to bad under-eye support which is genetics (only fix surgery). If you have tried softmaxxes like maximise sleep, icing, retinol eye cream and still persists then it proves it even more.
