Help me with my autist decisions and inquires

I'm 20 in college, mltn, 6'1 when frauding with lifts and shoes, and with tanning, getting sub 10% bf, and some light makeup I could get to lmtn, but biggest thing holding me back is my nose. I have a good frame but pretty shit muscle building genetics, am dialed tf in and putting on subpar muscle, should I start test now and save for rhino or wait to start test until after rhino to save money and because my nose is holding me back. Also is being jacked (ffmi score above 25 imo) really going to increase my matching rates on dating apps by a wide margin (im like ffmi 23 rn).
