it depends on what's the issue tho ? specifically. My nose is also a bit shit it's like 40 mm i can manipulate the muscles around it like a sucking thing and narrow it by 3-2 mm but it's bullshit and you should not do it long term, if you have money u can make ur own botox at home, but the best option is surgery, i'm planning on rhino as my first option to narrow it by a good 6 mm to get a mogger fucking slim nose
