Help me with these lumps!

I don't know the actual cause of these lumps. Some say these are swollen lymph nodes, others say that it's sialadenosis/sialadenitis. However, I've also been told that these are actually muscles which have been over activated by pushing the tongue too hard against the palate. If anyone here has previously encountered these too, then do tell me the fix for it.
