theres nothing for height other than genetics if you're like 15+ years old. if ur plates are open you can blast igf1 lr3 and aromatase to maybe get an extra half inch while destroying your body, or get leg lengthening surgery

i think up to 5 or 6 but the recovery is horrible and you will never run or walk the same
