Why am I not verified yet?

Everyone ive asked with the checkmark said that they were verified within an hour. I was rejected the first time I applied, and now it's been 24 hours after I applied the second time and I still haven't been accepted so I'm assuming I'm prob gonna get rejected again. wtf am I doing wrong

I'll look for it right now. You probably got buried in the registrations because we currently have 2,567 registrations needing to be handled. Had 12 thousand two weeks ago.

I always admired the fact that you guys do so much for free, it's looked at as "incel behaviour" by other users but it's nice to think that you care about the community to this extent. I think it's nice and nothing bad if you enjoy the forum as a whole.

Thanks, bro. It's kinda thankless. The number of people who curse at me when I give them a warning is too much to count. The entire forum would go to shit without moderation, and it in fact wouldn't even exist. The forum would get nuked right away because people would be posting a ton of stuff that gets websites nuked off the internet. The forum would be unusable without moderation. I figure that I'm already using the website anyway so if I can take maybe an hour of my day to do some moderating then it's not really a loss to me. It's not like I can't use the forum & moderate at the same time. I also think it's good because I actually post like a normal user & I don't just moderate.

master is still a good owner, he build this shit and other forums from ground up with his homies and is still fairly active. Of course he's doing some mistakes like not updating the forums/servers and spilling kfc sauce sometimes but that's a fine tradeoff IMO

He's also overally a chill guy from all i know, he sends memes of himself and doesn't mind if people meme him.

I also don't think he's in charge of the moderation? So i don't really see why he would be that inclined to pay them. I think that's alex's/numb's department but i might be mistaken. I know numb is a "leader" of the current new submods but that's all i know.

And it’s kinda disapointing to see concidering that we’re the ones ”providing” this almost even unfiltered for people to be in, for completly free. Only thing that is asked is to follow a few very simple rules, that would avoid the site to be nuked. And even if people break them, i would say we’ve been more than reasonable offering unban to most of the people still. Obviously there’s some lost cases. But in most of the times there’s still way to get unbanned.

NumbThePain is essentially the man in charge of the forum. He handles day-to-day operations and such. Master owns, I think, 3 forums (NEETs, incels, and looksmax), so there's a lot to manage for all of them. He's a very cool guy and will occasionally comment and lurk on the forums. He's not really in charge of the moderation per se, but he's in charge of the staff in a way. The thing is you're supposed to use the forum if you're gonna moderate. There's no reason to be a moderator here and not use the forum like everyone else is. To incentivize the staff, you are given free VIP and a few perks. I believe administrators are supposed to get paid, but I'm not sure on that. The administrators do a lot of work, so it makes sense they get paid.

Yeah exactly. People go very far with it and will hate you for no reason. People actually send you messages and say a bunch of awful shit to you, even though they're breaking very simple rules. And that's the thing: this site WOULD get nuked if there was no staff. It would be a completely awful forum experience for everyone if the people on here were allowed to run wild. We are very considerate with unbans, too.

I wouldn't be suprised if they do, but either way there's a lot of jewish methods ways to get paid with the power an administrator has.

Unfortunately contrary to what you said, a lot of the moderators aren't active within the community per say. Sure they're online but they don't really feel like your average homie that you talk with here.

i went through numbs profile posts recently and it was really intresting seeing him grow from a normal user posting his face - to a sub mod - to a mod and instantly an admin funny thing i noticed is that he would initially anwser to all his profile posts but when he got admin he would go DEAD SILENT i guess that's just the aurafarming

I remember reading on a profile post that numb gets paid, however it’s just in the hundreds. And that’s better than nothing to be fair. Concidering master is paying from hes own pockets to keep the sites running.
