I feel the need to look good I already ascended a bit but i know its not enough nobody of my friends understands me i have noone to talk to about this please help me look better. My frauded pictures with my conpletetly awful and underdeveloped side profile

bimax would definitely make you more attractive

dye hair and brows black for better coloring and hop on accutane for high end skin or use tretinoin if you don't want to and I don't think anything could help the side profile lwk maybe surgery
