I started using this gel, that my dermatologist prescribed to me, and now I'm fucked up. What do i do?

I said to my dermatologist that i have big pores and i wanted to smaller them. Now not only my pores haven't changed, my whole face in fucking red and puffy

This isn't about height. You'r body doesn't seem to produce test please go to a doctor. I am not trying to insult you or anything. But your features are horrendously feminized

damn bro, he/she is DUMB even topical isotretinoin can achieve that and it's like 5eur OTC(at least for me) and you get results fast in the start and it's easy to maintain

it looks like dermatitis or a strong reaction from a damaged skin barrier (yes bascialyl the same) b5 balm and stop it immediately also try differin, tazarotene, azelaic, or tretinoin for this thats an anti bacterial one these are better
