im 16 99kg rn on 180cm i eat about 1.6k cals a day go to the gym 4 times a week and get 8-10k steps in every day i was 150kg about 6 months ago how much do you think will the high defecit affeact muscle gain and how much do you whink ill loose i eat between 120-130g of protein almost every day

furthermore, who cares if you are bloated for 2 years till your 18 when after that you will be better grown with a larger amount of food :lul:

why do u need it anyway? maybe you will be okay if you are 30% bodyfat but why cut so hard when you are growing and need food to support said growth.. its that simple to understand

Dont get the calc but if ur 1k in deficit then ur cooking ur height. I would go 500 kcal max, 1k is too much

its fine just go up in caloric intake soon so you dont fuck your height up and as you push more cals just up the cardio its simple

then you can not stunt growth and still be lean

Do cardio at gym nigga I'm sure there are threadmills where you train, 15 min / session is better than nothing

you could’ve been nigga, the more nutrients you get that help you grow, the better, the more height you can scrap cause being 5’11 isn’t even enough, could’ve gotten to 6ft or 6’1 adding to the height halo

oh that sucks, do cardio at school then (gym class, school breaks) or do ropes at home (it's goated af, learnt it when I tried out boxxing)

Oha junge, war auch vor so vier Jahren 112 Kg auf so 175. Inzwischen 76kg auf 185. Verstehe den pain den mal als fetter hat
