take vitamine c it is like antioxidant maybe will help a little bit and if u still have acne after 16.5 then really take accutane, NOW it is too early bro,and if ur 15 and in puberty take calcium and d3(it is not for skin btw but still good at this age)

Than go to a doctor and say that you had you had a good diet and slept well for last the month and it's just normal state of your skin. They will 99% prescribe you accutane

also you can say like you might kill yourself if you wont get accutane because you have very bad mental health
