Forward growth, bug eyes, ramus absence, recessed radix, no chin projection, ears, uee, that fuckass goatee 
, narrow jaw, eyebrows too thin and little to no dimorphism.
To do list:
- grow your hair out (specially sides) to hide ears
- topical minoxidil eyebrows and lashes
- lose bf and debloat
- supraorbital fat grafting
- chin fillers
- gonion fillers
- shave
- topical tret on the tip of your nose
- hop on test or start going to the gym at least
Most problems come from you being boneless, realistically hardmaxxing is the only way for you to go over hmtn.
