im cutting and i had some pasta today. not too much but i just had BBQ chicken wings and apparently i just ate around 1800 calories (13 bbq chicken wings). so now here i am thinking how i ate 3000 calories today. i didnt know that chicken wings had this much calories. anybody knows what i can do tomorrow to compensate 3000 calories?

should i just do kortajarena diet and starve myself tomorrow plus going to the gym for 2 hours?

It's not that hard tbh I always do it when I ate too much
I fuckin hate puking, I hate it so damn much. I can't fathom how one can do it willingly. :feelskek:

Just eat as you normally do. One day of overeating isn’t going to mess up your cut

Eat once a day if you want to lose weight and stop eating anything that is saucy/drop the sauces. No more sauces man, no more sweet drinks, water only.

Its hard the first two weeks then eating more than once becomes weird...

was planning on running a 24 hours fast tomorrow. problem is that my cheeks bloat after eating carbs, sugar, etc and my hollow cheeks go m.i.a

i only drink water i already know the drill but i just found out today how much calories god damned chicken wings have (bbq or buffalo) its fucking crazy. theres me sitting there enjoying my meal like a fucking retard. i couldve eaten 12 but i ended up eating the one that my girlfriend didnt swallow then the bitch tells me theres like 1500 cals in 10 bbq chicken wings and now im sad because the cut was going pretty good now i have to do maintenance fast for the next 48 hours.
